Nothin' On You
new single 17 May 2010
A thouoroughly superb record.... number one in the USA soon hopefully and a UK chart-topper as well... this tune is good enuff - it's the bizness
"Having spent much of last year sharing stages with such like-minded artists as Asher Roth, Kid Cudi, and Shwayze, B.o.B is currently out on a full-scale US tour supporting Atlantic labelmate Lupe Fiasco. UK news will follow shortly... Born Bobby Ray Simmons, B.o.B is already a significant force in Southern hip-hop, having captured underground interest with a variety of mixtapes and his smokers anthem, “Cloud 9.” “Nothin’ On You” is shaping up to be a breakout hit for the Atlanta-based rapper/musician/producer in the US, earning both immediate acclaim and popular success. The track has ascended to the top 10 on Billboard’s “Rhythmic Airplay” chart – the fastest rising debut track since Drake’s 2009 smash, “Best I Ever Had” – while also reaching #16 on Billboard’s “Hot 100” with 257,097 units sold to date. What’s more, Billboard praised “Nothin’ On You” for its “feel-good singalong hook,” noting that the single “provides a solid launching pad for this promising talent.”

Hot Air...
Posted Friday 23rd April 2010 -
Although the two Prime Ministerial debate's have revealed differences between the three main parties, the leaders don't seem to like to talk about the doorstep feedback they often claim they're taking notice of...
bearing that in mind it's hardly surprising the viewing figures slumped from the lowly 9 million of last week to a death bed Top Of The Pops low of 4 million last night.
Labour's two minute cartoon of their 'A Future Fair For All' manifesto is all the more bemusing because it must be the only Government publication featuring no diversity at all.
All of a sudden Labour is using traditional UK names Joe, his wife Jane and their three kids Jack, James & Jill... oh yeh and Granny - with no mention anywhere of the UK's second most popular boys name of 2009 and similar new entries/admissions.
Click here to see the 2 minute's of fun.
So confident or arrogant are they that they're doing the right thing, they again attempt to hide quite deliberate and unspoken progressive/revolutionary policies that have not been approved of by the UK's population - that the Libs and Tories don't home in on this enormous elephant of an issue is in itself striking.
The changes, indeed attacks on the way we live our lives are on so many levels it's harder and harder to keep count... our own language is being used to confuse us... how many know that the
South Wales of our lifetime known by our ancestors and earlier has recently been officially re-named south Wales with a lower case 's'...
This is bollox with a capital 'B'.
Don't whatever you do call a pot a pot.
The SNP's new word for a 'hung' parliament is 'balanced' paliament...
Eh? Most would prefer a well hung parliament.
There can be no doubt that a 'hung' parliament and Labour's muted electoral reform will offer us the opportunity to go the same way as the Belgian government which failed yesterday amid squabbling between Flemish and French speaking Belgians over bilingual language rights...
Click here for the New York Times view
The question is who would benefit from the UK continuing along this road?
Well certainly not the UK....
Definately the UK's rivals, one of whom, the German Government just this week aquired what was 25% of British Rail.
Sad days for the Empire but one would be foolish to believe it won't strike back - this bunch need your vote now... they may not next time...
