Cry For You (You'll Never See Me Again)
Hard2Beat brought us Basshunter, Htwo0 and now September. September's already topped the US Billboard dance charts with this more medium paced 129bpm two minute radio edit, one of eight great mixes - Radio 2 must be considering playing the excellent Acoustic Mix (Candlelight Edit) .... Yep this will be Top Five without a doubt.

Yep I like this guy, he's nuts! Ice Cream is another off the wall oddball creation which could easily go pop mainstream ... good luck to him!

Corners new EP 31 March
Hey I like this, Corners makes an imediate impression, kinda reminiscent of early U2 (same label huh) ... To The Surface, What You Waiting For and Get The Feeling demonstrate a good variety of approach ... and this is not a criticism, and no bad thing either but is there a similarity of vocal delivery with James Blunt ... hmmm

The Thirst
Sail Away new single 23 April
The Thirst provide a catchy couple of tracks, enthusiastic feel, vocals and lead guitar on Track 1 is dubbed up on Track 2 and there's something different and appealing about this, it's not just the strong vocal performance it's the whole arrangement .. a good listen

Toca's Miracle 2008 new single 31 March
A chart-topper in 2000 and all the new mixes are excellent. Inpettos' & Wez Clarke's Funky Mix in particular emphasise the classic nature of this record, the stripped down lyrics stand spine-tinglingly in their own right... number one again... ?

Yes I liked this on the album and Can't Stop Moving is irresistable ... the radio edit of Enfant terrible gets straight to the point and provides us with another 133-140 Euro sounding splurge. I really like track 4 - the twenties Charleston sounding Shortwave Set mix, at 108bpm it chuggs along nicely.. Hit potential

The Draytones
Turn It Down new single 14 April
Turn It Down is another short sweet opus from The Draytones labelmates of The View... They played at cardiff Barfly last year, however I feel The Draytones will need considerable luck to follow The View into the charts

Idaho's Josh Ritter releases a well worthy single here. 'Empty Hearts' is the third to be released from the album 'The Historical Conquests Of Josh Ritter' and with UK tour duty soon could well be a surprise chart hit
