B-52's are frequently requested most recently an upsurge in support for Rock Lobster has been divined ... this makes for good timing for Funplex which is a classic single at around 3mins - it's like they've never been away!

The Great Escape has an awesome attention grabbing intro and improves from there ... This could well be a radio friendly hit or is it that American bandsmiths seem to have a knack of reeling off high quality alternative pop songs. i really like this but I do like pop, some of it does go over people's heads maybe these guys will be lucky.

Stella new single 10 March
Yep this is another great single, an impressively different vocal performance reminiscent of The Noisettes whom I also adore. Hit potential

The Filthy Dukes
This Rhythm new single 18 February
The Filthy Dukes have created something a little different here and judging by this would be good on a bill with The Anomalies. This Rhythm could just be different enough to pick up radio play and crack the chart but it will be difficult

I really like this ... in particular 'Lover In The Snow' (which I heard again in HMCV Cardiff today) what a cool idea, home demos. It's a lovely package too and there are plenty who love Weezer so it should do well

Lucky James Dean Bradfield ... not content with hi-jacking my Traci Lords then he hood winked my Nina. Anyway The Cardigans are great, some brilliant trax here and the remixed Erase/Rewind is awesome!
