Taio Cruz hangs on to top spot over David Guetta & Akon who spend their third week in a row at number two..
Madonna 'Celebrate's another new number one greatest hits album - but as with 'Immaculate Collection' why doesn't she include the hit single versions of 'Vogue', 'La Isla Bonita', 'Express Yourself' and 'Holiday' instead of the inferior album version's.
In America it's getting very predictable 'I Gotta Feeling' it's the Black Eyed Pea's again ... number one for a 13th week - that means Black Eyed Peas have been number one for twenty five of 2009's thrity nine weeks.

Next.. The Globe
Anyone know what's going on in the central brain of Cardiff City Council? Sorry, Cardiff County Council.
They seem to be undermining Cardiff's grass roots live music scene in a devastating way. To anyone who remembers the days when agents would by-pass the Welsh capital things are looking increasingly precarious.
Recently, The Point in Cardiff Bay was forced into closure on the back of expensive soundproofing following a planning decision which led to one newly arrived resident complaining about noise. (We hope the Coal Exchange are ready).
This week our sympathies go to Alan Jones pictured above in Tuesdays Echo. Alan, former Amen Corner chart-topping Kairdiff legend has been involved in live music in Cardiff for more than forty years. The Globe, his young venue in Roath is now also in jeopardy, following the impending axeing of it's live music license.
To hang more darkness over the live music community, Clwb Ifor Bach, another 200-400 capacity venue which has spent 25 years working to attract top acts from the UK and around the world also faces an uncertain future following the granting of planning permission for a hostel next door.
Next Cardiff Council will be closing schools and police stations ... oops too late - they're doing it.
Oh hang on there's more .... just in
Roads & Rome
Oh boy, not a day goes by ... from this weekend not all buses will terminate in the bus station .... derrr .... The Council's cabinet member for transport Delme Bowen quoted in Monday's South Wales Echo "There is no reason why the buses should all come to one point".
Really.
Throughout history everyone else was wrong?
See those round things on the bottom of your car, they're called wheels.
Is Cardiff bus station not seconds from Cardiff rail station?
To be fair, Liberal Democrat Councillor Bowen is a Professor of Biology at Cardiff University born and raised in Llanelli so he must know what he's talking about. Mustn't he?
He's also got long fingers in the schools battering programme so remember the name Delme Bowen.
Cotton On
Fearne Cotton took over from Jo Whiley on Radio One's morning show this week, and busy bee Fearne has launched a new range of clothing to coincide .. you've heard the voice, seen the show, now buy the clothes .. I wonder if the Beeb will be taking a share.
Labour's gone mad
Now Police Officers aren't allowed to look after children??? Click here to see the sad story of another rubbish non-sensical New Labour idea gone wrong in the Daily Telegraph In the 80's, many thought Labour incorrectly labelled the loony left, Harriet Harperson wasn't alone in finding herself on the recieving end of a Thatcher government legal case. Surely all this chaos is not just some ill conceived revenge? What can be in the mind's of people responsible for such madness??
