The Modern - Industry new single 6 March The Modern have just struck a couple of decisive blows in the battle to out Human League Ladytron. Both bands are th biz but The Modern's next two singles should see them climb to the very top. First this re-edit/re-mix of 'Industry' is superb and should now see the chart success it deserved a year ago ... but just wait for 'Discotheque' - it's the gonna be up there in the best of 06, it's already getting the dancefloor moving - here's my tip 'Industry' for Top Twenty, 'Discotheque' for No.1. | The Modern - Jane Falls Down new single 24 October I wouldn't have thought New Cross might have been a place where an Electro band would be born, however these humanoids have got it. Industry was a storming track released as a teaser earlier this year and now this new single follows Ladytron and Goldfrapp towards an Electric future.
