Some may think it's easy to create a simple arrangement like guitar vox and minimal instrumentation ... if anything's it's far more challenging ... the lyrics have to be bang on, there has to be a warm inviting intimacy even with the most melancholic of tunes
Enter Kate Marsh ... simple lilting love songs 'Betty', 'Tonight' and 'Your Song' are each superb ... she's got the x-factor you'll never see on The X-factor.
